Att ansöka om ursprungscertifikat genom att använda PEACH

If you import fresh fruit, vegetables, salad crops and nuts into the UK from any country outside of the European Union, you must follow European Community Marketing Standards. You will need to use the Procedure for Electronic Application for Certificates (PEACH) system to do this. PEACH is accessed via the Government Gateway, a security system that gives you a common User ID and password that works for many online government services.

This guide will provide all the information you need to use the PEACH system. It gives guidance on the regulations, documentation and consignment inspections, and advice on how to use PEACH more efficiently.

The PEACH system applies to England and Wales but not Scotland or Northern Ireland. However, it does apply to Scottish and Northern Irish businesses whose imports arrive first in English or Welsh ports. Scottish importers should contact the Scottish Executive Environment and Rural Affairs Department Enquiry Line on Tel 08457 741 741. Those from Northern Ireland should contact the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Helpline on Tel 028 9052 4999.
